Also not necessarily a year from today - its until the oldest of those 6 becomes a year old.
Are you able to share a screenshot of your violation history? Click on your name in the top left of the main menu - there should be an arrow next to your violation count.

Do you actually think this violation was your fault? If not you should appeal it.

those are the most recent 2…what about the most recent 6 Level 2/3 violations? When was the oldest of those 6? Because that will determine when you can go back on ES.
The oldest is level 2 violation, on 05/26/2024
Ok so based on that, you’ll be Grade 3 again on May 26th, 2025.

I think I can resort to a level 3 violation on 01/25/2025. the atc told me to contact UNICOM, I changed and did the normal procedures, but I got a violation by “Incorrect Arrival Procedures”. do I try?

You can no longer appeal that violation. Violations must be appealed within 7 days of receiving them.
