Vietnam Airlines Virtual is based on the real world Vietnam Airlines. It was founded in late December 2019 and became IFVARB approved in May 2020. A crucial factor for starting this VA to bring to light the beauty of the often undermined region of Indo-China. Our hubs are at Noi Bai International Airport(VVNB) in Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat International Airport(VVTS) in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang International Airport(VVDN) in Da Nang with Phnom Penh and Siam Reap being focus cities.

Pilot Application Requirements
- Must be at least Grade 3 (mature Grade 2 applicants may also be considered)
- Must have an active Infinite Live Subscription
- Must be at least 13 years old.
- No more than 3 ghosts in the last year.
- Minimum XP of 50,000.

Staff positions are now open at Vietnam Airlines virtual. We are looking for interested individuals who can devote at least 5 hours a week to help VAV get through the reviewing process and further on help make VAV one of the best VA’s in IF. Board of Directors
Description
A group of 5 individuals responsible for proper management of the VA. Area of influence includes each and every aspect of the VA.
Requirements
- Minimum XP of 400,000 ( Can be waived)
- At least TL2 on IFC
- Good standing with IFVARB
- Previous experience in VA management\
- At least 15 years old.
- Able to dedicate 5-7 hours per week for the development of the VA in the initial stages and 2-3 hours after.
Routes Management team
Description
A team of 2 individuals responsible for creating and maintaining the vast routes of the entire VA on Airtable and adding/removing routes according to day-day changes.
Requirements
- Well familiar with the use of Airtable, FlightAware and other software.
- At least TL1 on IFC
- Good standing with IFVARB
- Previous experience in VAs.
- At least 13 years old.
- Able to dedicate 7-10 hours per week for the development of the route database in the initial stages and 1-2 hours after for updating it.
Website and graphics manager
Description
A team of 3 individuals, responsible for managing the website, crew center and all other graphical related stuff for the VA including banners, badges, thread, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge and ability to run and operate phpVMS
- At least TL1 on IFC
- Good standing with IFVARB
- Previous experience in this area
- Basic knowhow to use software like Canva, Snapseed, Wix, Weebly, etc.
- At least 12 years old.
- Able to dedicate 5-6 hours per week for the development of the VA in the initial stages and 1-2hours after.

Airbus A350-900
The most advanced and efficient aircraft with the best comfort and state of the art Avionics. Used for medium haul, long hauls as well as domestic flights. Total capacity of 305 pax. in a 3 class layout.
Boeing 787-9
The latest addition into the Boeing fleet. Used for long haul flights to Europe as well as select medium haul flights in Asia. Total capacity of 274/311 in a 2/3 class configuration.
Airbus A321-100
Domestic and international workhouse forming the backbone of the Vietnam Airlines fleet. Capable of seating 203 pax in a 3 class layout.
Airbus A320-200
Most popular member of the A320 family. Operated on a variety of domestic and international short/medium haul routes. Capable of seating 178 pax in a 2 class layout.
