Verbal ATC (Via external applications)

I’m curious to find out if anyone or group out there has a verbal ATC channel ( like discord voice channel) out there and are willing to let me join. I’m looking at getting a more in-depth experience while flying. If so, do you have a system simular to IFATC where you have a schedule outlining which airports will be active?

Hopefully someone out there has this otherwise I would be willing to have a go.

No there is no offical one that I no off that does a schedule and is offical like ifatc

Figured. I’m not looking for anything official, Just a decent group who have the same willingness to be realist as I do.

Are you involved with a group yourself?

Thanks for the recommendation however I am traveling on this date and unable to participate. I would love for these type of events to be more common though.

I have done a few of these events, so just keep a eye out for this.

How would you rate it if you don’t mind me asking.

  1. It can get a bit cahoots with all the pilots so ATC has a tendency to forget about you. But, all the ATC are IFATC or close to becoming, so there really good at this.

Would you say that the commands are similar to IF or are more extensive.

Sorry for all the questions just real curious to see what I can expect.

They are as extensive as we can, due to the lack of taxiway names and signs

Don’t worry, im glad to help

I’ve got a discord server that I set up to be for ATC communications. (Note I can only control TS as I’m not IFATC). I can PM you the link if you want
