Is there an easier way to vector aircraft headings, instead of guessing which heading is needed?
eg an aircraft on a heading of 090 and I want to vector them 50 degrees to the right, is there a way in which the game will tell me which what heading to vector them onto - I have seen vatsim atc where the ATC drag an icon from the aircraft to the direction in which they want the aircraft to go, this in turn shows the heading to vector the aircraft onto, is there a similar feature in infinite flight?
I have probably done a bad job of trying to explain this but hopefully, you will understand.
Firstly, welcome to the community! It’s great to have you here with us.
Infinite Flight does indeed have a very similar feature when controlling radar. If you touch and hold on the aircraft you want to send vectors to and then drag in the direction you want to vector them it will give you the option to do so. Using the drag and vector tool like this will take the guess work out of vectoring aircraft.
