Head to our website to request your very own free build of Flare Crew Center. One it is ordered for free, we will be in contact with you between the Infinite Flight Community or on Discord within a few hours with a confirmation code to track your order.

Once your crew center is ready, you will be able to customize your entire Flare website with your virtual airline colors, themes, and logos to make sure your pilots will love your new high-tech crew center! Customization is made easy, as all customization features are available right on the website te, for your VA staff to use!

We are happy to announce that we have updated the website with a new look. The functions are very similar, but we added a new feature on the homepage for frequently asked questions. We get a lot of questions asked to us every day, and we want to make it easier for you to be able to answer them yourself! I’ll leave some of those frequently asked questions below, as well.

What is the process?

The process is as easy as cake! Just sign up, and we will contact you when the crew center is ready!

Can I cancel a subscription at any time?

Of course! Feel free to contact us or cancel it from your account, and you won’t be charged (on the paid plans, however we do offer a free plan)

Is it really free?

Yes. Really.

How can I contact you for questions or support?

You can use the Discord link, email us, or use the contact form, and we will get back to you!

How long will it take for my crew center to be ready?

Your crew center will be ready within 48 hours of ordering for VAHost Basic (free). If you purchased VAHost Blue or VAHost Gold, it will be ready within 24 hours!

Are there any requirements that my VA must meet?

Yes. Your VA must be either in the IFVARB review process, or IFVARB approved in order to receive a crew center. Learn more about the Infinite Flight Virtual Airline Regulatory Board at ifvarb.com.

File Sharing

VAHost is pleased to announce that a new service will be coming to our website. This service is totally optional, and at no extra charge, but soon in the future, CEOs will be able to upload custom files to the server.

They can replace former files that are there by simply logging into their account (new), uploading a file, and it will be zipped over to the server. Many security checks are still in progress, to make sure we do this as securely as possible, but we hope to have more information on this soon!

File Transfer Beta Testing

A few weeks ago, we announced that we would be adding a new service you can use to transfer your own files to your website for experienced coders.

We are happy to announce this is now entering beta testing, and users are now able to upload files directly to their crew center. Keep in mind, we offer this as a free service, and we will also continue to set up crew centers for free. Visit vahost.org for more information!
