Today, @Ben.R will be joining the VACenter Staff Team as a Customer Support Agent helping our fellow clients with issues, questions, or other inquiries.
Ben has been around on the Infinite Flight Community for a while now, helping VAs, both big or small, setting them up, or assisting members. We trust that his addition will bring the VACenter Support service to a whole new level.
Ben will be working alongside Apar, our Customer Support Manager, learning all the best skills to assist clients with both good knowledge of our products, and good communication capabilities.

This is a report of Atlas’ current usage. For the past few months, we’ve seen a huge number of migrations and new Virtual Airlines using the Atlas Crew Center. That is awesome to see, both from our end, and yours.

But those are just a few, and we can’t thank every Virtual Airline that user our service enough, and we will continue to offer uncomparable service and support.

Today, Karl will be joining the VACenter Staff Team as the Product Advisor Officer. He will help our clients with any issues, questions or concerns when it comes to selecting the best product for them.
Karl has proven to be a mature and professional individual as well as a well known community member and we trust he will be a good fit for VACenter.
Karl will be working alongside our support agents, Apar and Ben.R. I’m more than sure that Karl will be a good addition in the VACenter Team.

Matei || Chief Operating Officer VACenter Staff Team
With deep regret, I announce my resignation from my role as Chief Operating Officer at VACenter, effective October 1, 2025.
This decision comes after careful thought about both Infinite Flight’s direction and my personal commitments. The game’s roadmap has placed me in a position where I believe my continued work on Atlas would not achieve the progress I had hoped for.
On a personal level, my school project—one that may gain national recognition—requires much of my time and prevents me from giving VACenter the attention it deserves. It is important that I gradually step away from the game that first launched my coding journey and focus on larger, more challenging projects that align with my goal of becoming a Cybersecurity officer. I recognize that my contributions in recent months have not met VACenter’s expectations, and I cannot say my work has reduced Robin’s responsibilities.
To ensure a smooth transition, I will work closely with Robin over the next month to maintain Atlas’s stability and help identify a suitable successor for its development.
I am truly grateful to the entire team for their constant support, maturity, and helpfulness. I believe VACenter will continue to be a strong leader in Infinite Flight’s third-party market, and I will remain involved until I can see its continued success.
Once again, thank you for the opportunity, and I wish VACenter the very best in the future.
