Edit: I checked charts and RWY 04 doesn’t have any ILS equipments. Just RWY 22 has it. If you have a chart that shows that please share with us.

That’s RNP approach (GPS) not ILS approach
It’s confusing because in real world they have it as I am that town. But ok charts it shows different.
