Could you please mention that your website is nowhere related to the original vaBase as many may get confused between both of you.
There is no problem in you making a Third Party app as per me. You are free to make any website you want.

How active the va is on the main thread and also the no of events per month
Saw that Indian Virtual got 4 stars, and saw that we do 4 events a month, infact we do more than it so, was wondering 
We use an AI to keep track of that. We are trying to incorporate a better solution
A suggestion, I think you should include the number of pilots each VA has too
