Hi everyone, I’m in the process of creating a VO, and I am wondering if I am allowed to put a staff post out in the VA category. I know you can only post in their if you have been approved, but I need to find some staff! (I posted in #general as I don’t know if I am allowed to put this in #live:va. Thanks!

Where it says ‘only VAs allowed to begin their approval process can post’ does that mean if I have sent in an application a day or two ago, I can’t post?
You can post once that application was sent.

The first item on the the list of the post kind of indicates that you should have been accepted into the application process to post, at least that’s how I interpret it. I’m in the review process with IFVARB for my VA, and as yet the ability to post in the staff thread has not been mentioned.
To be honest, it’s probably worth waiting until you are in the review process anyway, as what’s the point in advertising for staff, going through the recruitment process and appointing staff if you later find out there is a problem with IFVARB approval for your VA for some reason?
Just my take on it. I’m sure one of the IFVARB admin will be along soon to clear it up.

If you go into reservation status and type in your code, you’re only eligible to post a staff request once it has been approved if that makes sense?

Apply for VA > get approved > then ask for staff
