No, however, if you fly a flight that is not a VA route, you will not be able to log it as a flight and claim the hours/xp with the va for this flight.

Yes. All of your flights are logged as official flights in your logbook. What BP-Aviation was saying is that when you fly for a VA, they have their own crew center. So when you do a VA flight, you will go there and log it to earn hours, rewards, etc…within the VA. Regardless however, all of your flights will still be logged to your statistics.

Yes. I’d say all VAs require discord for communication.
