Greetings IFC! As some of you may or may not know, I started a VA that was recently IFVARB approved. I am currently waiting for my crew center to be created by @CaptainZac, but I need an alternative for now. I’ve tried to do the one @KaiM posted on how to create one, but it failed. Is there any alternative like a Discord bot, or maybe a website, or a way that would make it easy for a temporary crew center? Thanks!
I used Airtable for a long period of time. The great part of running a VA is that you can get as creative as you’d like, explore different options and you may find a diamond in the rough.

There are many different options for different VAs, and it mostly just comes down to preference. As a past CEO, we used Discord and a provided crew center from CaptainZac. However, before that we used a forum system inside our website, and a Discord server as well.
To reiterate, there are many other options such as:

Slack
-
Airtable
-
PhpVMS
-
Google Forms
-
Google Admin (costs money though to set up emails for all users)
Those are some options, and I would highly encourage you to reach out to an IFVARB Admin, and ask them for guidance in regard to these questions. After all, they are there to guide you through the process and answer these queries! :)
