If you are talking about in the Discord server, you do not need qualifications in there.

well I’m currently pre-occupied with my own but someone will!
The one who sets up the VA is essentially the CEO…so if its “your VA” - you would ideally be the CEO.

Technically, yes, but you should not. And honestly, it might even be smarter to give it some time, and join an existing VA/VO to get the feeling for how they are run before you make your own. It’s a lot more than you think that goes into VAs
Edit: by “technically” I meant you can use two different accounts to staff two different VAs, but that is a loophole that I don’t think should be used

You are only allowed to be staff in one VA at a time, so you cannot run two (or more) VAs.
As mentioned in this topic, I highly recommend that you join one or more VA/VO to gain a better understanding of how they operate before creating your own.
