Hello, I was doing a 10hour flight from London Heathrow to Mexico City and after 5 hours I got the 20% battery warning then it said userdisconnected I didn’t really think of it so I continued the flight and when I finished the flight I didn’t get that much XP and when I went to the replays it didn’t show the full flight and it only said I did 5 hours of flight time
Can you explain please and tell me how to prevent it?
Not a fix to the issue but keep your phone plugged in during longer flights to definitely avoid that from happening.

During an Infinite Flight session, the game’s high processing demands can significantly drain the device’s battery life. However, it’s crucial to avoid constant charging during gameplay to prevent potential damage to both the device and its battery.
To help prevent damage, consider lowering your device’s brightness to the minimum and ensuring it’s in a dark environment to prevent TrueTone from automatically increasing brightness. Lowering the graphics settings to Low can also be beneficial. Be proactive in periodically checking your device’s battery level and only plug it in when necessary.
For overnight sessions, it’s advisable to keep the device plugged in continuously. However, as soon as you regain access to the device, disconnect the charger.
True as well. Staff are not able to add xp to user accounts, trust me I’ve asked lol.
The battery warning paused the game for more then an hour and the Infinite Flight Servers automatically disconnected you. To prevent this in the future, try starting a flight with full charge, have a high quality fast charger and if needed, set the graphics to a lower setting. This happened to me in a 33 hour flight. i found out this out recently but if this happens again click close to the notification and then turn off ur device then turn it back on it reconnects you
