UserDisconnected and lost my save flight

I was making a flight from SOCA to TNCM on an E190, I saved the game to resume it because I needed to do some things and I always have mobile data loaded. but when I resumed the flight, UserDisconnected appeared, I exited to enter again and my saved flight disappeared. I am really very dissatisfied with this kind of thing because it has happened to me several times that I lose time flying and despite having more than 1 hour to get to the airport and meet all the requirements to save the flight, it disappears.

Please fix this problem.
