User Waypoints don't appear in NOTAM areas & Fixes or VOR, NDB etc. don't addible for multiple times

Description

Can’t add User Waypoint on NOTAM areas. When I click on the screen, only the NOTAM box appears.
And can’t add Fixes or other waypoints (except User Waypoints) on fpl for multiple times.

I have been having the same thought, for example.
EGKK has a NOTAM, and i regularly put Custom Waypoints in my FPL, however, that is not possible because we cant add them in NOTAM’s.
I hope one day this can be resolved, it would fix an issue of mine haha.
