User disconnected message.

I was doing a flight from madrid to london and when i tried to contact approach, a message popped up saying that user is disconnected. Internet connection is fine but the status says offline.

Maybe you briefly lost connection, but when your device tried to re-gain connection it was unsuccessful. Most of us have had that happen sometime. Re-start your app&device and if the problem persists, let us know!
