UPS Shipping to International

So I don’t know how to word this in google but I just wanted to ask. I know UPS can ship packages in the air from US to point x (point x being an international destination), but does UPS or can UPS ship from an international destination (point x) to another (point y). I’m asking because of the 7 rules of aviation or something video I saw from a channel on YouTube and it didn’t seem right. Thank you.

As far as I know, both FedEx and UPS offer that option :)

Yes. UPS can do that. When I worked over seas we shipped parts on UPS from one international port to our base.
