A lot of apps get updated and made - it takes time for apple to review every single app.

Actually the average review time is 5 days.

The update comes when the update comes. The main reason for Appleā€™s wait time is because of the vast number of apps published each day, Apple need to review each app/update for copyright, abusive or inappropriate content as well as to see if the update/app meets its regulations. Android perhaps arenā€™t as vigorous in their analysis but non the less,
