Unusual loading time

Hi there,

I’m back with a question.
Have any of you experienced this?
So i just got off casual and was messing around and decided let’s do some ATCing(official term). And i thought that since im so close to 500 operations i can go up in rank. And i get of my report says 536 but my profile says 493 still. And i find this odd maybe i’m impatient but i have never seen something like this before.

Sidenote: the titel might seem a little bit counter intuitive but it’s the best thing i could think of.

Try restarting the app, or maybe even restarting your device. The stats usually match afterwards.

I did do both. And restarted the app twice.

I see. How long ago was this? Maybe give it some time, they should match in the end :slight_smile:

I guess you give it some time and restart the app again. It’s unusual but not the end of the world after all. If it doesn’t match for more than couple hours, you can just ask for official support from schyllberg.

Since i dont have an update yet and still waiting what rank would 500 operations be hypothetically

You don’t really rank up when you get to any level of operations. You can only rank up if you are part of IFATC

Try doing a short flight on any multiplayer server, I get this problem too and doing that updates my ops :slightly_smiling_face:
