Unsynced Multiplayer, seemingly not apart of the "global" multiplayer

Device: iPhone 13 Mini & Samsung Tablet A9 Tab
Operating system: IOS 26 & Android 16
(Tested on both, still not visible on Waypoint or with the support staff that tried joining Casual with me)

Helloo,

I have already contacted Waypoint support on this and they don’t seem to have a clue on why this happens. I am not at all visible on their flight tracker, and I am only ever seen online if I switch to Autopilot+, though logging back in I am not visible once again.

Though now thats curious as while I was digging at this away with that third party’s support team, while trying to spawn at say KSEA or OMDB, what we see are completely different. Different planes and users. I am at southeast asia and I am wondering if there is multiple servers that aren’t disclosed? If theres a global server that Waypoint is tracking, then clearly me and the people on my server aren’t in it.

Any solution? Attached are images relevant to my dilemma.
[Usual solutions: logged out and logged back in, three greens on casual not disconnected (i can still see planes, just not what others can see), and I don’t use a VPN]

Image 1: Can’t see staff

Image 2: 3 greens, on the server, and not disconnected

Image 3: Just got off Autopilot+ and now I am booted from Waypoint and I am “Not on this server right now.” (In casual)

Image 4: Planes I am seeing aren’t what the support staff sees spawned in

Hello!

I have a theory why this may be happening.
Can you spawn in, let me know and just sit there until I reply?

Sure!

I’m at EGLL Casual, Speedbird 337 Super A380 at Terminal 2B Remote Gate 252.

As I suspected.
You’re connected to our edge server that we’re currently testing for users primarily in the Asia region of the world.

It’s an effort to improve various issues later on that we’ve seen with ATC messages causing problems on Training / Expert, but it’s currently only active in testing for Casual Server.

And our external API that trackers are using, isn’t seeing that at this point.

Ah so I’ll assume Waypoint and other trackers aren’t tracking the edge server. In that case, that means I won’t be able to use trackers not at least until I can get on a training server?

No, they’re not. It’s not something we’ve really published for third parties as it’s only for testing right now and it won’t be there forever.

You can get up to training in no time though!
