Unnecessary Level 2 Violation on Expert Server

I was at in OMDB to make flight to LLBG. I requested to pushback but ATC kept saying amend departure proc. to flight plan but SENP2F proc. was already filed in flight plan.

I got Level 2 Violation because of that.

Also did the ATIS have any departure SIDS that ATC particularly listed? As sometimes they actually list the ones they want us to use. It’ll be obvious when choosing also🫡

ATIS QUEBEC had only 3, which is only for SE, SW and E.

Ok. Well it’s clear you understood what they wanted & it’s clear why you didn’t select one of them.

Be sure to appeal via the thing he sent you 🫡

Never been in this situation, but personally if they were getting serious with me about it, I’d select the one closest to my route.

For example if it’s crazy busy & they are adamant about it, then perhaps to go west, they want us to select SW until you’ve departed sufficiently via the SID & then resume flight plan. Yup it’ll add time, but for super busy airspace like irl, they dictate the routing they want 🫡

I was just using plan that SimBrief gave me. I didn’t want to waste my time with FPL’ing.
