This morning United Airlines posted their brand new and first A321neo getting its paint put on! How do you think the experience will be on board?

Oh wow! This looks fire already 🔥
Right?? I think they also have some XLR’s ordered too.
Edit: Here is the link to United’s fleet. Looks like we got some A321XLR’s, A350-900’s and 400+ MAX10’s
Where is this being manufactured?
Looks like Europe, not sure which country. Maybe France? Looks like it will have that “black mask” under the windshield too.
for now, Hamburg, but it will soon have a production line in Mobile, Alabama of all places
I’ll be visiting the Airbus factory in Hamburg in a few days!
luckyyyyyyy
take some good pictures for us
I wonder what engines they’re going with and if they will have the mask or not
MSN 11500 (their first A321neo) will have P&W PW1100Gs. As will all future ones.
United selected P&W to supply their GTF engines (the PW1100G) to 120 A321neo/XLR aircraft.
As for the mask, my guess would be that they will get the mask painted on their neos.
Considering what Delta did with their A321Ns, UA might introduce a new interior, perhaps economy or first class or just both. I for sure think, a new interior and perhaps a special emblem as this is their first new Airbus model in a while I believe. I have a feeling the emblem might say “1st UA (or United) A321neo”. Special planes gets special things
Judging by how the doors and windows look in the picture, I think the UA A321N shall look something like this.
I have seen racoon masks on all A321n with the overwing exits and aft wing doors.
