As you know united have been complete idiot’s in the past and have ruined their reputation by removing passengers from their aircaft, you’ll be glad to know they are finally changeing their policy!
This is because you need to be a member (TL2) user to post in Real World Aviation. You’re currently a basic (TL1) user. :)
