Icy weather conditions. Runway was icy. It’s hard too stop an airplane on ice. It’s like skating. They are very hard too stop. Not saying it wasn’t pilot error but I can say that weather and runway conditions was one of the main reasons it slid off. Trying too stop a 737-900 on ice is not easy
