I have always wondered what happened when you click report, hopefully someone can explain

Nothing happens. The system was abused so much in the past that the devs decided to only allow IFATC and moderators to use it. however the button is still there when you click on a user but nothing will happen.

Just a heads up, not everyone in IFATC can report a user via the report button. This ability is only limited to a selected group of people.
