I recently came across a message saying my plane was to large for the airport i selected.I was just wonder could someone explain to me how to read the airport selection to better decide what airport to take off from or land. I notice they have a certain amount of feet next to the airport listings and also some are blue and some are purple.
Thanks Lawson

Hi and welcome!
Check this post, let me know if you have any misunderstandings.
Confused about this?
There are 4 classes or airports.
Class Echo,Delta,Charlie,Bravo.
Class Echo : A 737 or lower (all ERJ , fighters, props , a321) without a violation Standing required - 0% ex. L35
Class Delta : Same aircraft of Class E + NOTHING Standing required - 51% or more ex. KCRQ
Class Charlie : Pretty much all aircraft ( Class D + a380,777,767,757,747,C17 etc.) ex. KNUC
Class Bravo : Same as Class C ex. KLAX
All the above airports mentioned are in the Southern California region…
Hope this helps

That was very helpful and made things more clear, but what about the actual region/airport selection screen?
Any purple airport is class Echo, but on the safer side, always select aircraft and then the airport so that you’ll get a warning beforehand.
Glad to know it has been helpful to you!
