MaxSez; Bottom line letās all admit its āPilot Errorā! BUT, why do historical landing numbers etc get decramented? What are the peramitor? What violations are 1 day and which are 3 day? Even the DMV publishes the āRules of the Roadā! I like the new penal system. Wish I completly understood the IF "Rules of the Road! (I found the LogBook! I appologise for my rant! Iāve deleted all refererance there to.)
That was exactly my speed and going down to 245. So thatās exactly my point. No reasonable justification for the excessive penalty.

Where do you see this? If it is on the āLandingsā line then there is indeed a problem. If it is on the āLandings (90 days)ā line then it should be normal ā¦ this counts the number of landing you performed in the past 90 days, if you did 120 landing in the past 95 days, with 20 of them in the first 5 days of that period, you should only see 100 landings on that line.
Hope it makes more sense.

From Grade3 to Grade1 by 1 violation? I doubt it. Or am i misunderstanding the grading system? Whatever happened, you will be up to Grade3 in one day again.

Yeah if doing a 75 in a 65, as long as your in the flow of traffic the police cannot pull everybody over

I actually agree with because in real life this stuff doesnt happen, i mean if guys want it to be realistic then get rid of it, if go 260knts below 10,000ft in real life you donāt get promoted down to a first officer if you were a captain or, a violation from atc, or even ghosted off the radar. I dont think it serves a purpose

But you will be upgraded to Captain again next day.
I donĀ“t agree with you, pilots are trained to follow certain rules, like 250kts under 10000ft and listening to the ATC. Not following them could certainly have severe consequences for their career.
