Unable to watch replay

when I tap the replay button, this window comes out (shown in the screenshot). I have tried to reinstall the app and check my internet connection but still not working. How can I solve this problem?Screenshot_20200614-115014|830x383

Restart the app or check your internet. It’s a internet issue :)

My bad. Did you delete the app entirely? When you do so I believe all replays are lost.

If the replays are lost, they don’t appear again in the replays section

i have saved all my replay before i reinstall the app
