You are TL0 which is I think you can’t vote. You must be TL1 to vote. Correct me if I’m wrong.

If you click “vote” and it says “403 Error”, that means you have already used all of your votes. You can clear a vote by going to one of the features you voted for. Once you’re there, click the vote button and it will remove your vote.
If that’s not the case, then yes it may most likely be your level.

Hello and welcome to the community!
Since you are trust level 0, you are not allowed to vote on any features. Keep using the forum and liking posts, and soon enough, you will be trust level 1, where you will be allowed 5 votes!

Erm…guys…the question was answered in the first reply. No need to reply and repeat what has already been said for the sake of replying - this is what clogs up threads.
