When I go to view my replays most are darkened out and I am unable to view them however there are some that I can view

No I do not.
Well, once your subscription runs out, you no longer will have access to your multiplayer replays.
However, if the replay was within a free region, you will still be able to view it, but no other replays besides solo replays.

How come I can view some but not others?
If you see the screenshot I can view live ones.
Just a guess but is that because those airports are in a same region. The others are either not part of it or not in the same one

This is a known issue.
You may only replay your flights in the chosen free regions and the free aircrafts. Let’s say you use the Boeing 777, you won’t be able to replay this certain flight because you used the Boeing 777, meaning that this plane is not free. That’s the unfortunate truth. You must pay for a Pro subscription in order to receive your “Live” replays back.

Yep, Chatta is correct. Those are still available since those flights were within the free regions.
