Unable to view gate and select "request taxi" in the map view

After landing at EGLL i wanted to see where terminal 2 was so i instinctively pressed an empty gate (marked as a white dot) but nothing popped up. i didnt know what the gate was and i couldnt ask atc for a taxi instruction to a specific gate.
how its supposed to show :down_arrow: KJFK :white_check_mark:

it sometimes shows the FIR (MAP+FPL) :down_arrow:

but after switching modes (MAP), nothing at all :down_arrow:

all tested in expert server. i did not check the other servers and solo. i was in an egll gate in the 2nd photo, and in an eddf gate in the 3rd. i was not in one airport and zooming out of the map and trying to request taxi to another airport

I was able to reproduce this issue earlier - no gate information would pop up.

Device : Apple iPad Air M2

just landed at EDDF. still no gate info

Same for me at LFPG.

Device - Iphone 14 pro max
OS - 18.4.1
IF version - 25.1 (yesterday before hotfix)

At EHAM earlier in the morning I was able to click on gates after hotfix but not sure if it is airport specific or hotfix fixed it.
