Unable to use VNAV at fl310

Hello! I’m currently flying from RPLL - RJTT using A330-300 PAL. It has been flying for almost an hour already since it’s take off and by the time I reached my flight altitude, I turned on my ap+ and left the game. But upon realizing that I forgot to turn on my VNAV, I then resumed the game and it’s been flying mid air entering Japanese air space. That’s the time I am unable to turn on the VNAV, it hasn’t happened on me before since I usually forgot to turn on VNAV during mid flights. I tried to close the app and clear cache it, but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

Any advice to fix this?

You should be turning VNAV a few minutes before TOD. Most descents start after the ETE 30mins has passed, where AP+ will hold for 48 hours. In your case, there might be a waypoint that is higher than your cruising altitude that you might need to remove so VNAV can activate. Hope this helps!
