I have been trying to finish my flight from Los Angeles to Nadi. However if I tap, for example, on the HUD map, my game freezes and doesn’t unfreeze. I then have to close the app and try again, only for the issue to persist.

Please help! It is when I click the pause button, it either will do nothing or freeze the game entirely.
Hi, I had this issue yesterday. Just to check, are your replays and logbook gone? Currently, the only solution is to leave your flight on AP+, then uninstall and reinstall the app. When you reinstall the app, your logbook will be there, but all replays will be deleted. You should then be able to resume the flight, and the app should operate as normal (no crashing).

That’s not the issue I mean. I’m saying if I click the “menu” button on my flight, it will turn orange and the game will freeze and not unfreeze.
I’ve restarted my iPad and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I know the issue that you’re having, because I had the same issue yesterday. Whenever I tried pressing pause or the map, the game would freeze and then after a few minutes, crash. If you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and the issue is still persisting, then I don’t know what you need to do, maybe somebody else has the answer.
One little thing that might help is to clear out as much storage as you can on your iPad, and try again, but I don’t know if that will help.
Yeah idk if the storage thing will work bc I have 10.5GB remaining, I don’t know what’s happening. Thanks for your help, though.
While I am not sure what could be causing this, have you tried restarting your device? If so, maybe you might want to try reinstalling the app. If both does not help, we will need the staff’s expertise for this.
I did and nothing happened, I decided to just start the flight over and that worked.
How is this been marked as a solution! It is the opposite.. I’m also having app crashing issues when viewing the map. Currently unplayable. I have cleared my cache, updated the app and my iPad, and reinstalled it.
I have also been having the same issues. I’ve redone the same flight 3 times and it froze on me every time shortly after takeoff.
Solutions are marked for the person with the issue. It could work different for others. No need for the harsh tone.
I am experiencing the same issues, I am mean to be on my approach into Nadi everytime I try to resume the game from autopilot+ it freezes, tried restarting the app and even uninstalling and installing the game. I am going to email the support staff for answers.
What devices are people using that are experiencing this?
Are there any steps that you can think of to reproduce this issue consistently or are you experiencing it random?
I’ve had problems on my iPhone 13 and an iPad 8th generation.
I am using s24 it started happening all of a sudden

I’m having this problem as well. Even for something as simple as adjusting the brightness on my iPad, it freezes the app. I have to exit out the app and the problem continues once I’m back in. It just remains stuck. All my replays are gone as well.

21’ iPad Pro 11” M1 256gb running the latest software. Clearing cache, reinstalling and restarting both the app and device have done nothing.
