Unable to start a subscription

I’m coming back to IF after a break (my IPad 2 was struggling; I’ve just bought an IPad Pro), but I can’t open a subscription. When I get to the screen offering 30 day or 1 year subscriptions I tap the green button for 1 year and the app crashes. Should I forget my old account and start over?

Does your device have restrictions enabled? If not, try having your restrictions enabled by going in Settings → General → Restrictions and having your in app purchases enabled.

I’d say you have two options:

  1. Reinstall Infinite Flight & try again
  2. You can purchase a new subscription from account.infinite-flight.com
