So I don’t have an active sub but for some reason it won’t let me spawn and always gives me this warning. I did what it said but it still wouldn’t let me spawn.

I really hope there’s a solution soon cause I really want to check out the new frautures an fly of course.

Hi,

  • Does this happen for every plane?
  • When this happens, go to the settings page and click on “Send logs” at the top right please.

Thanks!

Same thing is happening to me. It’s not even showing the “send logs” button. I just reinstalled it.

Next beta will automatically send us the information.

What planes are you loading with? Give us details please

Currently on the free version (no pro). So far A321, 737-700. F18 does not show the error, but do I need pro in order to fly?

Update: CRJ-200, C172, A10, and the 747-400 all show errors

For me all planes show the same error. I also don’t have pro.

@Infinite_flight_HD can you restart the app, make sure you’re logged in to your account, then reproduce the issue. Once you’ve seen the error message, go the settings page and you should now see a Send Log button on the top right, press it and let me know when you’re done.

I’ve done it.

I also send another log.

Thanks, checking…

Does it work with the Cessna 172? Can you trigger the issue with it and then send the log again please?

Didn’t work with cessna either also send another log.

For some reason I’m also encountering the same problem on my iPhone 16 Pro Max… I hope it gets fixed soon

Probably gonna fixed in the next build.

Aww man it didn’t get fixed with the new build.

Could you try again now? Should be fixed server side

Yes it works thank you, finally I can try the new things.

Am I the only one having issues with the beta loading? It’s been on this screen for 30 minutes
