I am facing an issue when i try to sign-in in my iPad, gets stuck in “please wait”. I already have an account with active subscription in my mobile device.

Could you please try rebooting your device? Also, are you using a VPN?

Tried rebooting, still its the same.
i think some people have the same issue too so its got to be a problem. did it show error code 8?
No error code was shown.

I just tried logging in on an iPad Air 2 and don’t seem to be able to replicate.
Did you choose “Sign in with Infinite Flight”?
Could you show us in a screenshot where you’re getting stuck?
According to the system your last flight was done on a Samsung A22.
If the iPad Air 2 is a second device, in order to use the same subscription, you first need to link your community forum account in the app on your phone.

I clicked get pro > more options > sign in with infinite flight. And that “please wait” appears and stays for a long time.
Yes, i tapped “get pro”.
I chose the “sign in with infinite flight”.
Yes, iPad is the second device and I have my IFC account linked as well in the mobile device. (Screenshot below)
The browser page doesnt appear which helps to sign-in in the iPad.
