While playing the game, I face a problem. I cannot see the planes and the status . What is the solution? Note that my device is new.

Have you been using a VPN? That’s usually the cause of these “unknown” aircraft issues
Look like NordVPN to me
Try to disable it or use a TCP protocole if you absolutely want a VPN on.
No, besides VPN Is illegal in my country.
Try a different network/wifi. When unstable it can cause unknown aircraft.
Turn on PLANE MODE, wait a few secs, then off and you will see the pilots names and aircrafts.
This is a common issue even if you dont use VPN.
