Device: Motorola Edge 40
Operating system: Android
I have a flight that is currently paused using flight resume. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to resume that flight ever since pausing it. I’ve tried more than 10 times and the app just shuts down each time.
I’ve never had a problem like this before, I’ve tried after restarting too and also, my device has a MediaTek 8020 processor with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, so, everything is good on the performance front.
Please help me out, I don’t wanna lose this flight. Thanks!

Hi!
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.
When you’ve already rebooted the device and it didn’t help, it seems like something has been corrupted.
Unfortunately, if the device keeps crashing when you try to resume the flight, I don’t think there’s anything else you can do that will prevent you loosing the flight in question.
Please start a new flight, overwriting the current one, to see if flight resume is still working.
When you run into the same issue, please delete and reinstall the app.
Keep in mind that when you do delete the app, settings will be lost and you will also loose replay files.
Please save those manually if you don’t want to loose those.
I overrided the saved flight with a different flight and the app is working now. Thanks!
Glad it’s working now.
When the app crashes, a report is sent automatically.
Investigating the sources and finding solutions is an ongoing process.
So hopefully something good will come from the reports sent by your device. :)
