Unable to purchase pro

Operating system: Android

Hey, An error occurs (it says something went wrong) when I try to purchase pro. I do not have parental controls enabled and I Installed the app from the Google play store.
Greatly appreciated if someone can help me :))

First of all, try restarting your device - sometimes, that could be the solution straight away. If that doesn’t do it, continue further down.

Such an issue can sometimes be caused by your network, in addition to parental controls and unofficial app installation (which you eliminated right away). Try switching from WiFi to Cellular (or the other way round) and purchasing the subscription again.
