Unable to post in real world aviation or spotting.

I am currently unable to post a real world aviation spotting, i was trying to post that today at twentynine palms marine base i spotted many aircraft including ac130’s, osprey’s, etc, i ran into a scrapped fuselage being hauled to a new exercise area for simulations/training purpuses. It is missing alot of essential parts, but does anyone know what this fuselage is from?

I posted this here due to the lack of being able to post in real world aviation spotting, my purposes are not to misuse this category, i am trying to show my post was warented and held propper purpose to the category, without being able to i am asking for any information about anything in this post. (I dont know why they came out sideways on post when on camera roll, they are fine.)

Hello! you need to be Trust Level 2 to be able to post in those categories. Be active in other categories and you’ll gain access soon. Hope to see you in those categories in the near future!

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately when you first join you become a basic user which limits what categories you can post in.

Real world aviation is one of these where you need to be TL2 to post in.

Just be active on the forum, post some useful topics in the sub categories you can post in, give some likes try and recieve them and then you will be a member in no time.

Il upload a link of the TL system and how it works for you.

Thank you for the information; Does that mean i should retract this post from this category immediately & wait until i am trust level 2 to ask this question?

Ideally retract the post if you can, if you can’t a moderator will close this but that’s no big issue, you’ll get the hang of things pretty quickly.

Again welcome to the forum!

You can ask the question at any time - however, it belongs in meta as it is not an infinite Flight issue. As @stevenwalker109 said, a moderator will close this soon, through flagging. Read the post below about what flagging means:

Thank you, my last reply is the same question for you as well as any way to get that TL system would be helpful. I am beginning to understand that the trust levels are in for a purpose, but can be frustrating when i am new. Especially with so much aviation irl i have so much i want to do but now i am realizing it may not be soon that i can share my current findings/information.

Like I said, just be active and positive around the forum, try not to go off topic in conversations or threads, post useful things and you will gain TL2 in no time. The wait will be worth it if you have plenty of RWA stuff to post!

You could always post your pictures on a relevant pre-exsisting real world aviation thread. Just use the search button in the top right for look for some topics. If you can’t find one, I am afraid you must wait a little while - and I do mean a little while.

It seems it has been changed to meta, i dont know if that was a moderator, but i am unable to delete the post at this point, thank you for the information and link and i also want to thank the IF community for your support while i learn proper use of the forums/TL system.

Also the Trust levels are there to stop people joining the forum just to either post spam or pointless topics that clog up our community, our staff and moderators work around the clock to make sure this is an informative and respectful community.

Support is for app related issues, meta is for the workings of the forum. I moved it as I am a regular (Trust Level 3) which allows me to edit titles and move posts among other things ;)
