Unable to log in

I recently renewed my membership but it says no subscription found, but I have purchased it because I got a receipt from apple.

Could you please try these steps?

  • Sign-in to your online account
  • Tap on the top right corner to access your account page
  • Select “Subscribe Now”
  • Select “I already have a subscription”

If you are having issues try logging out and back in than and see if it works?
Also restarting your device could help or try to sign in for a subscription again but select “I already have a subscription” in the bottom left hand corner of the box.
