Unable to log in

I might be missing something here, but I cannot get logged into my account with my new phone. It keeps saying it’s linked to another account? I’ve gone in and unlinked Google and Apple, but I still can’t get logged in.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello!

What you’re trying to do isn’t logging in, you’re trying to link another account with your Community profile that’s already linked.

I assume that you just bought a subscription and it landed on a new account? :slight_smile:
If so, I’ll take care of it right away.

I believe that is correct.

The subscription originally said unable at this time, and then I received an email saying thank you for your Infinite Flight subscription. If that makes sense.

I think he helped me with a similar issue years ago. :waving_hand:

Just make sure to restart the app and you’ll be good!

It still has me logged in on the generic/ghost account. (F2072746)

Tried logging/Link with Gmail and I am still getting the same error.

Tap ”GET PRO” → “More options” → “Sign in with Infinite Flight”.

That should do it.
Gmail has nothing to do with this :slight_smile:
