Hello!
I was lucky enough to get a free 1 month pro sub when at AirVenture a year back. I just recently put the sub into place during 20.1. It looks as if the sub won’t show up in 20.2. When I click I already have account, I sign in using google and then no sub shows up. I don’t know if this is exactly related to other 20.2 issues or not.
I was seeing if I could get some help so my sub would show up.
Thanks,
AP-ORT
Are you sure your subscription did not run out? 20.1 was release 4+ months ago.
I redeemed the free sub 3 days ago, while in the 20.1 build
In which way did you receive the free sub? Like iTunes Giftcards?
I got it through a staff member using a website
Hello!
We’ll look into this shortly.
We know that redeemed subscriptions may be an issue in 20.1.
Fixed!
Restart the app and you should be good to go :)
Perfect, it looks all good on my end! Would you like a solution for all your hard work today?
Lol, i just gave it to myself. Thanks Seb!
