Unable to link my community account on Infinite Flight with Infinite Flight app

Hi, I have been playing Infinite Flight on my Redmi Note 12 device for nearly 2 years and I recently just renewed my subscription and found out that I was given a new account. I tried to log back into my old account but was unsuccessful. Please help me.

Device: Redmi Note 12 5G
Operating system: Android 14

Have you tried clicking on profile → Gear icon →Switch account. If that doesn’t work then suggest contacting support at [email protected] for further help with account.
