I can’t download a replay
Where can I check the storage space?
I am using an iPad.
You can check your storage space in settings. Are you on Android or Apple?
I am on apple.
Go into settings->General-> it’s the first one in the third box. It says IPad/IPhone storage.
Have you done any of the basics steps like a device restart? :)
No, I haven’t
I will restart my device then.
@schyllberg, i have restarted my device but the problem still persists.
From where did you get the replay? Can you share the source?
I got the replay from someone. He gave me the share link and I downloaded the replay to ICloud Drive.
Hm, what if you try to email it to yourself and import it from there? Might be an issue grabbing it directly from the drive. Not that we have any known issues with that as far as i know, but just to figure out this one case.
I have always downloaded my friend’s replays through iCloud before and I have never had that problem. The problem is that IF says that there isn’t enough storage.
Yes, that i understand. But there might be a number of reasons the app says so. The app itself don’t have full access to the file system on the device, due to iOS restrictions. So there’s only a select number of messages it can display for certain scenarios.
But how do I email the replay to myself? Do I just send the link that my friend gave me? If you want, I can give the link to you so that you can see if you can see the replay.
Just use the link and send it in a email to yourself.
But the thing is that my friend shared the replay to me through iCloud Drive. Even if I email the link to myself, it will still bring me back to ICloud Drive.
Can you share the link with us?
Here is the replay
@schyllberg, what do I do now?
@Sashaz55, were you able to download the replay?
I’m a bit stuck for the moment due to a change in the build I’m using that currently can’t import replays, so I’m hoping @Sashaz55 can shed some light on this.
