I was controlling KOSH earlier today, and this person popped up. I was unable to give him any instructions, he was also greyed out on the flight strip bar. This is the first time it’s happened on Advanced.

He was taxiing around, so I don’t believe he disconnected or had a bad connection. Adding to that, he took off without permission, and I was not able to ghost him.
