The option to edit this post has been removed. Is this because it has been edited a set amount of times? I can not make it a WIKI either. I have searched and seen similar topics, however they are old and before the latest IFC update.

You can’t since it has been more than 60 days since the topic was made. You can’t make it a wiki for the same reason.
Ask a Mod to make it a wiki and you can edit it
I’ve encountered this issue once, and it worked when i tried to refresh the page. If it doesn’t work, you may try to contact a moderator to make it a wiki.
