Unable to Contact ATC (Tower)

I was just ghosted by a moderator because of not being able to contact ATC on expert server. I was receiving the messages from the Tower in KDEN although I could not connect to KDEN’s Tower frequency. Therefore, I was ghosted. I am hoping someone can figure this out because there was either a glitch or something else.

Could you give us the name of the moderator who reported you? It should be in your logbook.
