Unable to connect to the online servers.

Hello,
I’ve just installed the 18.6 update. When I run the application “Connecting…” appears on the top right side of the screen, and I am not able to touch other titles like fly solo or fly online. The screen is frozen. I have restarted the app 4-5 times and it didn’t work. I deleted the app and re-installed from the app store, restarted my iPad but the screen keeps freezing while trying to connecting to the online servers. I am using an iPad Air2 with ios 12.1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @ckc2000 this may be a problem to do with your wifi maybe try turning your wifi box on and off. I also have an iPad Air 2 so maybe another thing is to check your storage cause i know that my J5 plays up when low on storage. All the best 😁
