Unable to connect to multiplayer server

Every time I play online in IF my multiplayer server status keeps going red every 10 seconds and then reconnecting back to screen, I’m playing on apple phone, any know know how to fix because it’s super annoying.

What I have done

-Turned wifi on and then off
-Reinstalled app
-Turned on airplane mode and then off

It is green for like 5-10 seconds then goes back to red and I can’t contact ATC or see any other planes on the map so I would like help resolving this.

I play on an apple iphone pro max 15.

It sounds like a connection issue on your end. This can be caused by having an unstable connection or if you are in a dead zone.

This is likely caused by a connection issue. Do videos on your phone not load sometimes, possibly ? Just asking.

Hello! Do you use VPN??
If you are not using a VPN, you can also try the following;

1- Setting Low Power Mode from Settings.
2- Connecting with another Wi-Fi network or Cellular Data.
3- Resetting Wi-Fi.

No my wifi is usually fast and never had any connection issues

As @Dogac mentioned above do you use VPN and is there an internet outage in your area. Also it’s a temporary solution but the quick fix to this would be to turn your wifi completely off and just use cellular data.

Had the same issue yesterday and then the next flight the multiplayer server was down altogether. Seems to be working today but I have no ATC audio. Some bugs rearing their ugly heads

this happens to me too if im playing in iOS, but theres no issue when playing in android

Follow the above steps in your IOS, it may work.

I Changed my wifi to low usage mode or something and havent had ANY issues sense with connection, thanks.
